Chris Welsh
Chairman of the Board

Chris Welsh has over 35 years of Information Technology, eCommerce, and Consulting experience and has been a key player in Oil & Gas eCommerce since 1995. Chris has managed numerous global projects for operators, services companies, and eCommerce networks across the globe. He was a founding member of ACT Global Consulting Ltd and has been providing strategic advice and technology architecture solutions to the Oil & Gas industry since 2000. In March 2015, Chris became CEO and Chairman of the Board of OFS Portal LLC, a global member-based group of upstream oil and gas suppliers and service providers at the forefront of oilfield eCommerce. Chris is also Chair of PIDX International and sits on the board of ConnectONCE. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computing for Commerce and Industry and he is a keen rock climber and races a Ducati super-bike in his spare time.

Gareth Key

With 29 years of experience in oil, gas, and trading, Gareth Key commenced his career by crafting oil and gas solutions at SAP in Walldorf, Germany. He then embarked on a journey through various positions at ConocoPhillips, Bharat Petroleum, Exxon, Shell, and BHP Billiton. In 2004, Gareth joined bp to revolutionize their oil trading back-office, thereafter assuming several roles dedicated to propelling technology and business transformation across the organization.

Shawn Green

Global Services and Technology
Shawn Green is Manager, Global Services and Technology for ConocoPhillips. His current focus is development of strategies and initiatives to increase business automation as well as identification of efficiencies to streamline both business and supply chain process. He is also accountable for leading global teams that provide master data management, transactional processing, process improvement and eCommerce enablement.
Previously he served as Global Shared Services Director, Lower 48 Transactional Excellence Director, Requisition to Pay Project Implementation Manager and before that was on International assignment where he served as Supply Chain Manager for the Western Canada Region. He has also held positions in strategic sourcing, business development, technology commercialization and strategic planning including Supply Chain Director for EagleFord shale development.
Prior to joining ConocoPhillips in 2006, Shawn held a variety of positions at Marathon and ExxonMobil in project procurement management, category management/supplier relationship management, process engineering, technology, operations, business management and strategic planning.
In his spare time, Shawn volunteers for many community service organizations. He is a graduate of Leadership Houston and is a volunteer for Junior Achievement. He has also serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council.
Shawn received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Tulane University as well as an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management.
Jennifer Chenault

Jennifer Chenault is a dynamic leader in the Energy Industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Technology – Sales Enablement. With over 8 years of progressive experience at Baker Hughes, she has played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives that optimize Commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Jennifer holds a BS in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing from Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business. She furthered her education by earning an executive MBA from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, enhancing her strategic leadership capabilities and business acumen.
Jennifer began her career at Baker Hughes in 2016 as Director of Digital Technology – CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), where she led global initiatives to standardize and expand digital solutions such as commercial configurators and pricing tools. Her efforts significantly contributed to revenue growth, margin increases, and operational savings through innovative technology adoption.
In addition to her role in digital technology, Jennifer served as Digital Technology Leader for Flexible Pipe Systems Onshore, managing a $2M digital technology program budget and collaborating closely with Product Line leaders to achieve strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Jennifer held key roles including Commercial Enablement IT Systems Manager and Director of Corporate IT at TMK IPSCO, where she led complex integrations of corporate applications and BI reporting systems.
Jennifer’s educational background and extensive industry experience underscore her commitment to excellence in driving organizational success through technology and strategic leadership.
Miguel Munoz
SLB, Data Owner
Market to Cash Operations Systems
Miguel Munoz is currently the Data Owner for the Operations Systems and Digital Products that enable the Market to Cash process in SLB; from the early leads capture, to the job planning and execution, through the billing and receivables management. Closely collaborating with the Process and Digital Products Owners, his role includes the governance over the data strategy, the data model, data security, master data and data integrations.
With 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Miguel has held various roles across Field Operations, HR-Training & Development, Engineering & Manufacturing, and IT.
Miguel graduated with “Excellence Honorable Mention” from the “Tecnológico de Monterrey” in 2003 with a BS degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
