Mimi Stansbury

PIDX PRESIDENT & CHAIR OF THE BOARD
Mimi Stansbury serves as the CEO and Chair of the Board of Managers of OFS Portal. After an esteemed career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Mimi joined OFS Portal as Vice President of Control and Administration in December 2015, where she oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, and the management of electronic data agreements.
In December 2018, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, expanding her responsibilities to include serving as Treasurer and Deputy COO of PIDX International. From November 2022 to April 2023, Mimi led the Interim Oversight Committee for the Exchange Framework Market Pilot, a project convened by the Business Payment Coalition (BPC) of the Federal Reserve Bank. In this role, she led a team of global, multi-company representatives to develop policies, rules, and guidelines for the U.S. Exchange Framework, paving the way for the successful launch of the Digital Business Networks Alliance (DBNAlliance).

LILY CHEN

SUPPLIER DIRECTOR
As a founding director and CEO of Diamond Key International Group (DKI), Lily Chen is passionate about innovations and applying 2D (Digitalization and Decarbonization) technology to optimize both the current and future energy storage and distribution infrastructure for a greener tomorrow. DKI has been serving more than 600+ petrochemical terminals across 28 countries in the past 25 years. The operators range from multinational oil companies, state-owned companies, independent distribution companies to third party tank storage providers.
Educated as software engineer with AI background, Ms. Chen started her career as senior software architect and product manager in an Australian industrial company. She then joined AT&T as a senior executive in Asia Pacific to commercialise large outsourced communication networks for international banks and regional telecom providers. Ms. Chen joins the PIDX board with her experience in supporting the standardization of fuel distribution in Australia and other Asian countries, together with her technology management and international business development expertise.

Shawn Green

Previously he served as Global Shared Services Director, Lower 48 Transactional Excellence Director, Requisition to Pay Project Implementation Manager and before that was on International assignment where he served as Supply Chain Manager for the Western Canada Region. He has also held positions in strategic sourcing, business development, technology commercialization and strategic planning including Supply Chain Director for EagleFord shale development.
Prior to joining ConocoPhillips in 2006, Shawn held a variety of positions at Marathon and ExxonMobil in project procurement management, category management/supplier relationship management, process engineering, technology, operations, business management and strategic planning.
In his spare time, Shawn volunteers for many community service organizations. He is a graduate of Leadership Houston and is a volunteer for Junior Achievement. He has also serves on the Board of Directors for the Southwest Minority Supplier Development Council.
Shawn received a bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering from Tulane University as well as an MBA with concentrations in Finance and Management.

Jennifer Chenault

Jennifer Chenault is a dynamic leader in the Energy Industry, currently serving as Senior Director of Digital Technology – Sales Enablement. With over 8 years of progressive experience at Baker Hughes, she has played a pivotal role in driving digital transformation initiatives that optimize Commercial processes and enhance operational efficiency.
Jennifer holds a BS in Management with a concentration in Management Information Systems (MIS) and Marketing from Purdue University’s Daniels School of Business. She furthered her education by earning an executive MBA from Auburn University’s Harbert College of Business, enhancing her strategic leadership capabilities and business acumen.
Jennifer began her career at Baker Hughes in 2016 as Director of Digital Technology – CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), where she led global initiatives to standardize and expand digital solutions such as commercial configurators and pricing tools. Her efforts significantly contributed to revenue growth, margin increases, and operational savings through innovative technology adoption.
In addition to her role in digital technology, Jennifer served as Digital Technology Leader for Flexible Pipe Systems Onshore, managing a $2M digital technology program budget and collaborating closely with Product Line leaders to achieve strategic objectives.
Prior to joining Baker Hughes, Jennifer held key roles including Commercial Enablement IT Systems Manager and Director of Corporate IT at TMK IPSCO, where she led complex integrations of corporate applications and BI reporting systems.
Jennifer’s educational background and extensive industry experience underscore her commitment to excellence in driving organizational success through technology and strategic leadership.

Miguel Munoz

With 17 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Miguel has held various roles across Field Operations, HR-Training & Development, Engineering & Manufacturing, and IT.
Miguel graduated with “Excellence Honorable Mention” from the “Tecnológico de Monterrey” in 2003 with a BS degree in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering.
Alisa Konchenko

Alisa’s extensive background in digital transformation and document automation will be instrumental in shaping PIDX’s initiatives across the industry.
Alisa Konchenko is a passionate advocate for digital transformation in business operations and a leader in document management and automation. As Vice President of Business Development at DocStudio, she has been pivotal in expanding the platform’s capabilities, enabling companies to streamline document workflows with innovative solutions.
Her expertise spans diverse industries, including Oil and Gas, Healthcare, Insurance, Retail, Logistics, and Financial Services, where she has driven measurable improvements in efficiency, compliance, and digital adoption.
Alisa is deeply committed to advancing industry standards and practices. Since 2023, she has served as PIDX Vice Chair of the Business Messages Work Group, leading efforts to enhance automation and digitalization for PIDX and its members in the Oil and Gas sector. She is also an active contributor to organizations such as OpenPeppol, EESPA, ASC X12, RVCF, TIA, and the Digital Business Network Alliance, advocating for the widespread adoption of e-invoicing and innovative document solutions across North America and the EU.
Her passion for innovation is also reflected in her work on an AI startup focused on advancing automation technologies for the retail and supply chain sectors.
