Iris has been recognized as top 2015 Women in Technology, received the 2013 Bronze Performed by Schlumberger Award and the 2016 Eureka Award for outstanding contributions to the Women community. Iris has studied and worked in 4 different countries. Iris has over 14 years of experience in Oil and Gas. She started in an international role for Schlumberger in Mexico and Central America, as Procurement Manager; then worked for Well Services Latin America, then held different positions as Global Supplier Manager in Category Management and currently is in eCommerce as Engagement Manager within and IT. Iris is passionate about empowering women, she served for two years as Global Leader of Schlumberger Connect Women Network. During her tenure the Connect Women Network more than doubled to over 7,900 members, becoming one of the largest networks of its kind in Energy. Chris Welsh has over 35 years of Information Technology, eCommerce, and Consulting experience and has been a key player in Oil & Gas eCommerce since 1995. Chris has managed numerous global projects for operators, services companies, and eCommerce networks across the globe. He was a founding member of ACT Global Consulting Ltd and has been providing strategic advice and technology architecture solutions to the Oil & Gas industry since 2000. In March 2015, Chris became CEO and Chairman of the Board of OFS Portal LLC, a global member-based group of upstream oil and gas suppliers and service providers at the forefront of oilfield eCommerce. Chris is also Chair of PIDX International and sits on the board of ConnectONCE. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computing for Commerce and Industry and he is a keen rock climber and races a Ducati super-bike in his spare time.

Rick Conner serves as the eCommerce/Business Process Manager at Schlumberger. With 17+ years of experience in applications and development, he is responsible for the management and mentoring of the eCommerce department staff, including supervision of personnel, review of analysis’s design and development, and setting team goals. He has connected energy companies via a B2B middleware application, and as a software developer, he created a B2B middeware application to electronically exchange PIDX/RNIF2.0 compliant business messages with trading partners (eInvoicing).

Larry joined Enverus in 2012 as an Integration Consultant with increasing responsibility culminating in his current role Director, Client Services. In his current role, he is responsible for the leadership and direction of the Integration Team, T3 Technical Support Team, and the Supplier Engagement Team. Larry has been involved with PIDX since 2009 through implementing PIDX compliant integration solutions, working with PIDX on their internal projects and attending various conferences and events.

He currently holds the position of Senior Manager, overseeing the Global eCommerce department at Halliburton. In his role, Adan is responsible for the strategy, execution, and delivery of various critical functions, including customer electronic invoicing, electronic field ticketing, and catalog capabilities and support. His expertise lies in driving efficient and effective operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences, and leveraging technology to streamline processes.
Adan’s extensive background and knowledge in the industry have equipped him with a deep understanding of the complexities and challenges faced by organizations in the Oil and Gas sector. Scott Traverse is a Halliburton Senior IT Manager responsible for Supply Chain & Manufacturing enterprise applications. With over thirty years of IT experience, Scott has successfully led a broad range of technology initiatives with a strong record of accomplishment in identifying and enabling actionable and relevant components that have helped drive value to the business.
Through these opportunities and his various leadership roles within IT at Halliburton, including Delivery Management, Program Management, Business Relationship Management, and Project Services Management, Scott has partnered with numerous and diverse key business stakeholders who have allowed him to develop his management style regarding C-level communications and marketing continuously.
Before Halliburton, Scott was the Director of Technology for an eLearning SaaS provider, AdvanceOnline Solutions. He was instrumental in leading the platform’s development from conception to production. Before that, he was the Senior IT Manager at ICAP Energy, responsible for implementing the truequote.com solution.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University and is a former United States Marine.

With a passion for working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to facilitate productive meetings and discussions, she enjoys guiding SMEs in transforming their knowledge into clear, concise documents that can be used with ease
Daniela is a professional with more than 10 years of nonprofit society experience, including management of standards development and committees, technical symposia and conference proceedings, as well as B2B and scholarly publications.
Her previous roles include Audience Development Manager at NACE International, the Corrosion Society, as well as Manager of Technical Committees, where she was the direct liaison with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and worked with ISO TC 67.
Daniela has managed more than 120 standards committees and has extensive experience in technical writing and editing, copyright and permissions, and volunteer committee management.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Literature, and she is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). She currently serves on the Society for Standards Professionals (SES) Board of Directors.
OFS Portal LLC, Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration
Serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO of OFS Portal, Mimi’s responsibilities involve financial reporting, budgeting, and management of electronic data agreements which are integral to the operation of OFS Portal. She is also currently serving as deputy COO of PIDX International.
Her prior experience includes financial, accounting and tax planning services with local, regional and international public accounting firms in the US, as well as human resource and contract management services with a global natural resource mining company overseas.
She received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Law degree from University of Houston Law Center. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.

Darren Ebanks is a recognized expert in Electronic Commerce, Electronic Data Interchange and Business Process Development. He has been an active member of PIDX for over 27 years and has been the Chair of many subcommittees in the areas of Education, Promotion, Purchasing and participated in many others (including the development of the current XML standards). In addition, he has held many Executive Committee positions (including the Vice Chair of the organization). As a SLB Business Process Architect in eCommerce and Invoicing, Darren Ebanks uses technology as a tool to meet the demanding market and never as a replacement for good business practices. Crafting business processes to realize tangible monetary benefits for his organization and customers is his mantra.

Providing technical leadership and guidance to teams for more than 15 years, Elena Mereanu is an experienced Quality Assurance Lead with a demonstrated history of working in the Oil and Gas Industry. Skilled with the Oracle Database, SQL Databases, Test Management, Test Planning, and Regression Testing, she is a strong quality assurance professional with her education in cybersecurity and mobility focused in Computer Science and Information Sciences from the University System of Georgia. In 2014, Elena joined Transport4 and took on the member voting role at PIDX and is currently serving as Chair to the Downstream Work Group.
