Stephanie Waters serves as the Procurement/Supply Chain Enablement Manager at Chevron, where she has enabled a culture shift to focus on the end users through the use of digital concepts and agile methodologies. During her tenure at Chevron, spanning more than twenty years, she has implemented and deployed many digital change initiatives as well as served as Chair of the IT Oil and Gas Benchmark Group.

Chris Welsh has over 35 years of Information Technology, eCommerce, and Consulting experience and has been a key player in Oil & Gas eCommerce since 1995. Chris has managed numerous global projects for operators, services companies, and eCommerce networks across the globe. He was a founding member of ACT Global Consulting Ltd and has been providing strategic advice and technology architecture solutions to the Oil & Gas industry since 2000. In March 2015, Chris became CEO and Chairman of the Board of OFS Portal LLC, a global member-based group of upstream oil and gas suppliers and service providers at the forefront of oilfield eCommerce. Chris is also Chair of PIDX International and sits on the board of ConnectONCE. He holds a Master of Science degree in Computing for Commerce and Industry and he is a keen rock climber and races a Ducati super-bike in his spare time.

Rick Conner serves as the eCommerce/Business Process Manager at Schlumberger. With 17+ years of experience in applications and development, he is responsible for the management and mentoring of the eCommerce department staff, including supervision of personnel, review of analysis’s design and development, and setting team goals. He has connected energy companies via a B2B middleware application, and as a software developer, he created a B2B middeware application to electronically exchange PIDX/RNIF2.0 compliant business messages with trading partners (eInvoicing).

Larry joined Enverus in 2012 as an Integration Consultant with increasing responsibility culminating in his current role Director, Client Services. In his current role, he is responsible for the leadership and direction of the Integration Team, T3 Technical Support Team, and the Supplier Engagement Team. Larry has been involved with PIDX since 2009 through implementing PIDX compliant integration solutions, working with PIDX on their internal projects and attending various conferences and events.

Margret is the Customer Services Manager at OFS Portal and is responsible for the maintenance and management of the OFS Portal Catalog System, including training to it’s Members, Operators, and Networks, and overseeing the changes and developments of the application. Margret has also served as a PIDX Project Team Chair for the revision to the Price Sheet Schema. She holds a BBA from the University of Houston and is a graduate of Rice University’s Data Analytics Program.

Scott Traverse is a Halliburton Senior IT Manager responsible for Supply Chain & Manufacturing enterprise applications. With over thirty years of IT experience, Scott has successfully led a broad range of technology initiatives with a strong record of accomplishment in identifying and enabling actionable and relevant components that have helped drive value to the business.
Through these opportunities and his various leadership roles within IT at Halliburton, including Delivery Management, Program Management, Business Relationship Management, and Project Services Management, Scott has partnered with numerous and diverse key business stakeholders who have allowed him to develop his management style regarding C-level communications and marketing continuously.
Before Halliburton, Scott was the Director of Technology for an eLearning SaaS provider, AdvanceOnline Solutions. He was instrumental in leading the platform’s development from conception to production. Before that, he was the Senior IT Manager at ICAP Energy, responsible for implementing the truequote.com solution.
Scott holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from LeTourneau University and is a former United States Marine.
Standards & Compliance Manager, PIDX International
Driven by continuous improvement, Daniela Freeman is the Standards & Compliance Manager at PIDX International. With a passion for working with subject matter experts (SMEs) to facilitate productive meetings and discussions, she enjoys guiding SMEs in transforming their knowledge into clear, concise documents that can be used with ease
Daniela is a professional with more than 10 years of nonprofit society experience, including management of standards development and committees, technical symposia and conference proceedings, as well as B2B and scholarly publications.
Her previous roles include Audience Development Manager at NACE International, the Corrosion Society, as well as Manager of Technical Committees, where she was the direct liaison with the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) and worked with ISO TC 67.
Daniela has managed more than 120 standards committees and has extensive experience in technical writing and editing, copyright and permissions, and volunteer committee management.
She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Houston with a B.A. in Literature, and she is a Distinguished Toastmaster (DTM). She currently serves on the Society for Standards Professionals (SES) Board of Directors.
OFS Portal LLC, Senior Vice President of Finance & Administration
Serving as a strategic advisor to the CEO of OFS Portal, Mimi’s responsibilities involve financial reporting, budgeting, and management of electronic data agreements which are integral to the operation of OFS Portal. She is also currently serving as deputy COO of PIDX International.
Her prior experience includes financial, accounting and tax planning services with local, regional and international public accounting firms in the US, as well as human resource and contract management services with a global natural resource mining company overseas.
She received a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from The University of Texas at Austin and a Law degree from University of Houston Law Center. She is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner.
