As tax eInvoicing requirements evolve, energy companies are adapting to increased automation and digital reporting expectations. This year’s 2026 PIDX Spring Conference will explore how PIDX standards—combined with AI technologies—can support structured data exchange and scalable tax processes in alignment with the evolving U.S. Exchange Framework.

Michelle Lanh serves as the Operations Manager at PIDX International, where she drives global electronic commerce standards in the energy industry. Renowned for her meticulous organization, she ensures seamless operations while enhancing marketing efforts and orchestrating engaging events.
She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Marketing from the University of Houston and has completed coursework toward the CAPM certification. Michelle brings strengths in cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and supporting global initiatives within the energy sector.

Miledy Paris brings over 15 years of experience in the energy sector, with deep expertise in global eCommerce and digital invoicing solutions. As Manager of Halliburton’s Global eCommerce function, she leads customer invoicing strategy and execution while advancing the company’s broader digital transformation initiatives across regions.
She currently leads the global SAP S/4HANA invoicing implementation and the expansion of PIDX XML–based e-invoicing, enhancing operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and scalability. In addition, Miledy leads Halliburton’s Electronic Invoicing DBNA future-state and pilot strategy, driving standardized processes, accelerating customer onboarding, reducing IT complexity, and reinforcing Halliburton’s leadership in industry e-invoicing standards.

Mimi Stansbury

Mimi Stansbury, CEO of OFS Portal, has been appointed as the new Chair of the Board, succeeding Chris Welsh of OFS Portal.
Mimi Stansbury serves as the CEO and Chair of the Board of Managers of OFS Portal. After an esteemed career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Mimi joined OFS Portal as Vice President of Control and Administration in December 2015, where she oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, and the management of electronic data agreements.
In December 2018, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, expanding her responsibilities to include serving as Treasurer and Deputy COO of PIDX International. From November 2022 to April 2023, Mimi led the Interim Oversight Committee for the Exchange Framework Market Pilot, a project convened by the Business Payment Coalition (BPC) of the Federal Reserve Bank. In this role, she led a team of global, multi-company representatives to develop policies, rules, and guidelines for the U.S. Exchange Framework, paving the way for the successful launch of the Digital Business Networks Alliance (DBNAlliance).
Mimi formerly served as President of PIDX International and continues to serve as a member of the Board of Directors of DBNAlliance.

As Managing Director for Microsoft’s Americas Enterprise Oil, Gas, and Energy (OGE) operating unit, Bill leads teams accelerating AI adoption and large-scale digital transformation for leading energy companies. He also serves as a Limited Partner at Stage 2 Capital, advising early-stage B2B software companies on go-to-market strategy.
A proud Baylor University alum, Bill lives in The Woodlands with his wife of 32 years.

Kevin Bangert

Kevin Bangert began his journey with EDICOM in the winter of 2022, specializing in EDI and global e-invoicing compliance initiatives. Over the past four years, he has had the opportunity to work with clients across a variety of industries, including oil and gas.
His primary focus is partnering with clients to understand their global e-invoicing needs, while supporting project scoping and coordinating cross-functional efforts both within EDICOM and across client organizations in the U.S. and internationally. His goal is to deliver efficient, well-structured projects that enable clients to achieve and maintain global compliance.

Jacqueline Orellana

As an eCommerce Supervisor, Jacqueline “Jackie” Orellana oversees complex global B2B eCommerce operations and works closely with customers and trading partners to deliver end-to-end integrations. She has led and supported tax-mandated electronic invoicing deployments across multiple countries, including Mexico, Malaysia, Pakistan, and, most recently, the UAE and Nigeria, addressing critical requirements such as currency conversion and language translation.
Jackie is currently leading Halliburton’s global eBilling S/4HANA implementation, driving standardized, scalable, and compliant invoicing solutions worldwide.

Thomas Gallant

Thomas Gallant is an eCommerce Analyst at Halliburton, responsible for the execution, delivery, and support of global customer invoicing through Halliburton’s eCommerce platforms. He supports both domestic invoicing and tax-mandated electronic invoicing across Eastern Hemisphere countries such as India, Egypt, Norway, and Saudi Arabia (KSA), ensuring compliance with complex regulatory requirements.
Thomas is also leading the global eBilling component of Halliburton’s S/4HANA implementation, supporting eBilling initiatives worldwide.

Steven Batten

Steven Batten is a Supervisor with Halliburton’s Global Business Services team in the Order-to-Cash department, supporting teams in the U.S. and India. With over 14 years at Halliburton, he has held roles across field engineering, field ticketing, electronic invoicing, and global operations.
He has worked with major oil producers worldwide on electronic invoicing and played a key role in deploying tax-mandated e-invoicing in India and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Steven is currently a lead on Halliburton’s SAP S/4HANA ERP implementation and contributes to various AI initiatives.

Gorpam Khan
