Michelle Lanh
Operations Manager, PIDX International
Michelle Lanh serves as the Operations Manager at PIDX International, where she drives global electronic commerce standards in the petroleum industry. Renowned for her meticulous organization, she ensures seamless operations while enhancing marketing efforts and orchestrating engaging events.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s in Psychology & Marketing from the University of Houston and is currently pursuing her CAPM Certification. Beyond work, she enjoys pickleball, sushi, and staying informed on global issues.

Mimi Stansbury
PIDX President & Chair of the Board
Mimi Stansbury, CEO of OFS Portal, has been appointed as the new Chair of the Board, succeeding Chris Welsh of OFS Portal.
Mimi Stansbury serves as the CEO and Chair of the Board of Managers of OFS Portal. After an esteemed career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Mimi joined OFS Portal as Vice President of Control and Administration in December 2015, where she oversaw financial reporting, budgeting, and the management of electronic data agreements.
In December 2018, she was promoted to Senior Vice President of Finance and Administration, expanding her responsibilities to include serving as Treasurer and Deputy COO of PIDX International. From November 2022 to April 2023, Mimi led the Interim Oversight Committee for the Exchange Framework Market Pilot, a project convened by the Business Payment Coalition (BPC) of the Federal Reserve Bank. In this role, she led a team of global, multi-company representatives to develop policies, rules, and guidelines for the U.S. Exchange Framework, paving the way for the successful launch of the Digital Business Networks Alliance (DBNAlliance).
Mimi also currently serves as President of PIDX International and is a member of the Board of Directors of DBNAlliance.
Kumar Lakshmipathi
Generative AI Leader for Energy, AWS
Kumar is a seasoned technology leader and AI-driven enterprise transformation expert with over 25 years of experience delivering innovative solutions. Committed to responsible AI, he currently leads Generative AI initiatives for the global energy sector at AWS. Prior to Amazon, Kumar played a key role in scaling two startups from inception, driving their strategy, sales, and product management to success.

Darren Shelton
Director of Sales, Moran Shipping
Darren Shelton – Maritime Industry Leader & AI Innovator
With 28 years of experience in the maritime industry, Darren Shelton has led multiple shipping agencies and currently serves as Director of Sales at Moran Shipping, where he drives business development with premier global maritime companies.
In 2018, Darren co-founded FuelTrust, an AI-driven software company focused on tracing commodities through their lifecycle to enhance supply chain transparency and efficiency. His passion for digital innovation in the energy sector continues to shape the future of maritime logistics.
Darren holds an Executive MBA from the University of East London, complementing his studies at Stephen F. Austin State University, Texas Bible College, and Hope International University. He also holds an honorary degree from Alvin Community College, where he serves on the Board of Regents.
A respected leader in the shipping industry, Darren is Chairman Emeritus of the Lone Star Harbor Safety Committee, representing over 800+ shipping stakeholders in the Houston region. He also serves on the boards of:

Bhavesh Joshi
SVP Strategic Portfolio, WonderBotz
Bhavesh Joshi, a Houston resident for nearly two decades, is a Practice Leader at WonderBotz, specializing in intelligent automation services. With extensive experience in strategy and results delivery, Bhavesh has led numerous clients in implementing lasting improvements using AI technologies. As a recognized thought leader, he has spoken at various industry events and enjoys mentoring aspiring professionals. Bhavesh holds a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University at Buffalo and is a Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

Brittani Collins
Co-Founder & VP Operations, Industrial Data Labs
Brittani Collins serves as Vice President of Operations at Industrial Data Labs Inc. (IDL), a Houston-based pioneer in applied artificial intelligence for the industrial sector. With over 15 years of experience in the pipe, valve, flange, and fitting (PVFF) industry, she plays a vital role in advancing IDL’s mission to streamline industrial sales processes through AI-driven solutions.
An M.B.A. graduate with a focus in finance from Sam Houston State University, Brittani brings deep industry expertise and leadership to IDL, the only company globally developing proprietary AI models exclusively trained by PVFF subject matter experts.

Miledy Paris
eCommerce Manager, Halliburton
Miledy Paris joined Halliburton in 2008 and has over 15 years of experience in various Finance roles. Since May 2019, she has been a Manager overseeing the eCommerce department at Halliburton. In this role, Miledy is responsible for the strategy, execution, and delivery of customer invoicing, as well as Halliburton’s global eCommerce capabilities and support. She has successfully led multiple projects in countries with tax-mandated electronic invoicing (e.g., India, Egypt, Malaysia, Argentina, and Colombia). Miledy is currently leading the HAL S4 HANA implementation for Halliburton’s global eBilling operations.

Steven Batten
eCommerce Supervisor, Halliburton
Steven Batten joined Halliburton in June 2011 as a field engineer in Production Enhancement. He has over 13 years of experience in roles ranging from field engineering and field ticketing to electronic invoicing. Steven was part of the team that deployed tax-mandated electronic invoicing in India and Saudi Arabia (KSA), where currency conversion and KSA language translation were required. He is also the eInvoicing lead for Halliburton’s current SAP S4 HANA ERP implementation.

Aaron Niemeyer
Global Account Manager, EDICOM
As a Global Account Manager at EDICOM, Aaron Niemeyer helps large U.S. and multinational companies adopt transformative e-invoicing and EDI solutions from the company’s headquarters in Valencia, Spain, in collaboration with the U.S. team based in New York. Drawing on a deep understanding of compliance challenges across jurisdictions, Aaron works closely with clients to design tailored strategies that ensure automation, efficiency, and full regulatory alignment. Dietrich Pankratz

Dietrich Pankratz is an accomplished professional in supply chain, sourcing, procurement, and digitalization. He is the CEO of NHD, a software company that digitalizes and automates the contractor management lifecycle. NHD’s platform streamlines contractor management by ensuring budget adherence, automating processes, and enhancing forecasting capabilities for STOs, maintenance, and capital projects.
With seven years at BearingPoint, a global management and technology consulting firm, Dietrich served as Director of Operations Consulting and previously held senior roles in sourcing and procurement consulting.
He holds an M.B.A. from the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba, an Engineer’s Degree in Supply Chain Management and Manufacturing from the University of Applied Sciences Hagen, a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Marketing from Staffordshire University in the UK, and an Executive Development Program certification from the Yale School of Management.
